Limitless Performance is a team of dedicated coaches that have come together to deliver functional fitness programming exactly as intended. Our goal is to inspire, teach and support our community whilst providing challenging, fun and progressive workouts.

Limitless Performance is much more than a group of strangers looking to get fit. It is a community offering guidance and unwavering leadership to achieve the highest levels of fitness you desire.

Levar Greaves

Owner, Head Coach

Levar is the owner and head coach of Limitless Performance. He has been in the fitness industry since 2006 as a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer and a NESTA Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. He was introduced to CrossFit in late 2013 and to date, he has obtained the CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Weightlifting and CrossFit Endurance Trainer Certifications.

In his earlier years, Levar was highly recognized on the basketball courts. He was a member of his school team as well as the Barbados National Basketball Team. In 2007, he ventured into Bodybuilding, where he competed in the Bridgetown Bodybuilding Competition placing first in his division and second overall. Since then, Levar has focused primarily on functional training with his peers.

Renee Greaves

Owner, Coach

Renee is the owner and a coach at Limitless Performance. She graduated with honors from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario in 2006 with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotions. It was later that year that Renee started her career as a Private Personal Trainer Specialist.

Renee has been active in sports and fitness throughout her life. She was Athlete of the Year for four consecutive years at St. Ursula’s Secondary School, and was also a member of the Barbados Junior Golf Team and Barbados Women’s National Football Team. From 2002 – 2004, Renee represented her high school, Ridley College at the OFSAA Swimming Championships. She was a member of the 200m Freestyle Relay Team that took home a gold medal after breaking the record.

Upon returning home from her studies abroad, Renee participated in the Run Barbados Half Marathon where she was the second Bajan female to cross the line. In 2010, she ventured into Body Figure, placing third at the Bridgetown Bodybuilding Competition and fourth in the Darcy Beckles Competition. Renee has currently taken a back seat to competing in sports, but continues to train and challenge herself through functional training.

Kim Sealy

Coach

CrossFit Level 2

Kim is an Attorney-at-Law by profession, with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice. She is a Certified Level 1 Instructor and recently completed her CrossFit Level 2 at Peak 360 in Miami, Florida.

Kim has always been an avid gym-goer. In 2013, she competed for the first time in the Body Fitness category at Nationals, where she placed second. That same year, she went on to represent Barbados at the Central American Championships in Santo Domingo where she placed third in the same category.

Kim started CrossFit in 2013 and has since participated in both the 2014 and 2015 CrossFit Opens, placing first in the island in the females both years. In 2015, she was recognized by the Reebok CrossFit Games as the ‘Fittest in Barbados.’ Kim has also taken part in a couple of local CrossFit events, finishing no less than second on each appearance.

Kim also dabbled in lawn tennis, taking part in a few tournaments throughout the region and was a member of a winning swim team at Queen’s College. She is a lover of peanut butter, tea and most importantly, dogs!

Russell Grant

Coach

CrossFit Level 2 Weightlifting, CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Aerobic Capacity Ambassador

Russell Grant has been doing CrossFit since 2012, and has quickly established a name in the local fitness community. After capturing the number one position in the first locally hosted CrossFit competition, he then decided to pursue his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer’s Certificate. Thereafter, he went on to win the Allmax Outdoor Fitness Challenge and early the following year, was awarded ‘Fittest in Barbados’ by Reebok CrossFit for his participation in the 2015 CrossFit Open.

After a six-month internship at CrossFit 246, he then joined the Limitless Performance team.

Along with CrossFit Level 2, Russell has also attained certificates in the CrossFit specialty courses of Gymnastics and Weightlifting.

Russell leads the Barbell Bounce class at Limitless Performance and also coaches the WOD and Sculpt Classes.

Nigel McClean

Personal Trainer

ACSM Personal Trainer, AFPA Nutrition & Wellness Consultant, ITEC Massage Therapist, TRX Certified Instructor, Rocktape Performance Movement Taping Certified, GRAVITY Group Exercise Instructor

Nigel is a self-employed Fitness Professional and Lifestyle and Wellness Consultant.  He is an American Council of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer, an American Fitness Professional Association (AFPA) Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, and an International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC) Certified Massage Therapist. He is due to graduate in December 2015, with a B.A. in Psychology from The University of The West Indies.

His entry into the wellness industry was fuel by the desire to assists other in achieving their maximum potential through better awareness and education, and in turn make more informed choices as it relates to exercise and wellness. He has a passion for developing a unified effort to reduce the personal, corporate and macro-economic impact of non-communicable diseases within the region.

Janine Cooper

Coach

ACSM Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Kids Trainer

Janine has always had a passion for fitness and since schooldays has been involved in a variety of different sports and represented Barbados as a member of the Under 14 Tennis team in the late 1980’s.  Having left Barbados in 1991 to attend Boarding School in Canada she continued her sporting career and found great success representing her school in Cross Country Running, Volleyball and Tennis. From there she attended the University of Western Ontario and was chosen as a member of the University tennis team.
Upon her return to Barbados she has always kept an active lifestyle and it is this passion that fueled her to later pursue a career as a Personal Trainer.  In 2013 Janine earned her American Council of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certificate and became a certified fitness professional.  She then discovered Crossfit that same year and certified as a Level 1 Reebok CrossFit Trainer in 2014.  She currently coaches tennis at one of the islands schools and is passionate about kids fitness and introducing them to a CrossFit lifestyle from an early age.
Janine completed her first Reebok CrossFit Open in 2016 to which she was 1st in her age group (Masters 40-44) and 3rd overall in the Open Women’s division in Barbados.
Janine continues her fitness career actively perfecting her skills while teaching children the benefits of a fit and healthy lifestyle.
